We have tried to balance participant suggestions, cost and seasonal weather when creating this program. If there are activities that you would like, that are not listed below, please reach out and we can schedule them 1:1 or seek expressions of interest for others to join.

In-House Supports/Alternatives to Excursions

1:1 In house supports can be arrange instead of excursion where necessary. Please Tick the "Alternative to Excursion session" for the required dates below. These supports have no out of pocket cost and require Participants to bring a packed lunch.

Please provide a packed lunch for all sessions, unless "Lunch Provided" is specified for that day.

Expressions of Interest

We are seeking expression of interest for participants that would like to attend a 4hrs fishing Charter departing from Tooradin.
Date to be confirmed.
This is an accessible boat, with toilet facilities and includes a BBQ lunch.
Cost is estimated to be $180 per person
Session would be dependent on forecasted weather conditions.
Please advise if you have any interest in this activity or would like further information.

Medication Management

⚠️ Important Notice – Medication Management

You will not be able to attend your booking, and costs will not be refunded, if current medication information is not provided in line with our Medication Management Policy. This requirement is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, and to maintain compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

We cannot accept any new medications or changes/updates to existing medications within 48 hours of the booking.

Please Note:

Staff-to-participant ratios will be allocated and charged based on booking numbers, each participant’s individual needs, and the type of activity, in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025–2026 guide.
Travel costs are not included in activity prices. Travel will be billed at $1.00 per km and the cost will be shared fairly between participants.
Out-of-pocket costs: You will receive a tax invoice for any out-of-pocket expenses. These costs are not covered by the NDIS and must be paid 7 days prior to the event. Please contact us if you would like to discuss payment options.
COMPANION CARDS: If Participants do not have a companion card they will be required to contribute to the cost of the support workers entry fees. This has been reflected in the quoted cost.
